General Responsibilities:

 

Responsible for the overall management and direction of the sales functions and sales activities of the EMS Regional Sales Managers  providing leadership to the day to day operations, while maintaining focus on the company’s Strategic Goals..

 

Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company

 

Maintains knowledge of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.

 

Spends a significant portion of time in the field both with individual key accounts and with sales personnel.

 

Education and/or Experience:

 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

Minimum of 10 years experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare market and with capital equipment sales.

Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach.

Has developed and executed sales plans including quotas and account objectives
